Coaching

I’m here to support you to bring your all to life.

You’re here to make a contribution, but sometimes that vision feels out of reach, or the path looks foggy.

Coaching provides a set of tools and skills to help you “close the gap” between where you are now, and where you’d like to be, past the conversations, worries, and fears that have you stop.

As a coach enrolled in a rigorous, ICF-certified training program through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, my warm and straightforward coaching approach is based in ontology, the study of being. Ontology looks at the contribution we’re each here to make, what we want to be remembered by others for bringing into this world, and the hero’s journey we take to get there. It focuses on who we truly are and the values we live by.

Out of coaching, I’ll support you to:

  • Lift the fog of uncertainty to clarify the contribution you’re here to make.
  • Set clear, energizing goals.
  • Clearly observe the conversations, fears, and worries that have been stopping you, up until now.
  • Develop and practice skills for consistently putting your energy and attention where it will make the most difference.
  • Take authentic action steps towards your vision, based in your values.

If that sounds like something you’re interested in, let’s talk! Schedule a complementary discovery session.

The purpose of this call is for you to clarify where you’d like to be heading, the next step to get you on that path, and if working together would support you to walk there with ease, grace, and joy.

How it works

I work with clients the way I would like a coach to work with me:

  • A six-month contract for twice-a-month, 55-minute sessions. Six months is long enough that you can set and achieve meaningful goals, but short enough that it’s doable. We can always renew at the end of the contract.
  • Unlimited email and text support between sessions.
  • A simple contract that makes things as clear as possible.
  • A suggested sliding scale so that folks can participate who otherwise couldn’t do so.
